one of my w124 photo shoots

I have to say that I am very very impressed with the effort that is going into the marketing of this car; it is more than most estate agents manage for million pound houses so it is almost justifying the £35k price tag on that basis. Charles Ironside should be paying attention, you could teach him a few lessons. Well done.

A really good video - impressive

The car gets "better"

The music is good but a bit too "powerful" for my taste - but that is only my taste

Numberplate - fine for some but the original number would add not distract - again just my view

Well done

thanks for the comments. i have about 500 pics of it on file.

unfortunately, i wouldnt accept £30k anymore. More nearer £35k+ for it, will be relisting ads for it at the Later price next month.

price based on Feedback from some media/journalist individuals, but also on my own preference.

There were a few decent w124 facelift cabs selling in last months Gazette.. around £14-16k for a one owner with 90,000 on the clock.

Have a look if you are a member..

Nice car, nice colour - even if it's not rauchsilber! Best or not, it is v. tasty. Good luck with the sale: out of my league these days!

I can see that - that's why I am so impressed.
Trouble is you are flogging a dead horse as the used car that you are marketing is so easy to value; it is not like it is a 1930s Bugatti in a barn. It is now getting so much air time on this site [and presumably others] that you run the risk of getting adverse comments and mickey taking such as that started on this thread - which could work against your campaign.
You also need to tread carefully as I believe that advertising on the site outside of the classifieds is prohibited.
Have you thought about marketing something of much higher value where you could make some serious money instead of fiddling around trying to make a few thousand quid out of a used car?

Hello.

Im not actually advertising the car through what i am doing. I have simply put a video together of moments with my car, and only in reply have i discussed pricing if some one was to buy the car.

But i agree, there is a fine line to be trod on, and At the moment, this is not any sales videos, simply showing of my baby a little whilst the sun is out, then its back to the garage :)

feedback welcome though!

Rauchsilber is the silver gold colour right? I have seen plenty of coupes in that colour but do not remember a cabriolet. Are there any? just out of interest.

Oh I see I thought it was an advert because your phone number is embedded in the video - silly me :)

Yes the number is there, its my way of copyrighting everything i do.

There will be classifed vid coming along inthe coming weeks, but for now, this is all media related publications and my own footage on the weekend about my day out on the bank holiday with my partner and car... not necessarily in that order, but its fun to make videos..

Im just waiting on new software to start editing and playing around with it, as for now im using some crappy standard software!

I might have missed something but do you have any 'shoot' photos of the car? My interest is from a photography point of view.
