The original Shelby GT500 had a 428 Cobra Jet engine. Thats 428 cubic inches (7.75 litres) This one has a 351 (5.5 litres) It doesn't have any of the original running gear, 9inch nodular rear axle, 4 speed toploader gearbox etc. etc. Its just a '67 Mustang made to look like the one in the film Gone in 60 seconds. And by the way that film was a remake of the original 1974 film of the same name which featured a 1970 Boss 429 Mustang as Eleanor.
