Panoramic Roof

The Panoramic roof is a fair bit heavier, some stands won't work with them because of the different centre of gravity.

23kgs more....don't know where that came from !

I'm going round in circles here. If the seal is on the panny roof, surely that is the only one that will need changing?

You'd need to change to the later, updated seals on the CAR, I don't think you could change the Panorama roof into the older style, but the car seals can be changed (header and windshield pillar seals, and the seals on the soft-top

On models produced before chassis end number 041 427 the gasket seal on the A-pillar must be changed to the round-type

I may be comletely wrong but the way this reads is that the car seals on the A-pillar need to be changed. If you do this then the softtop won't match? Maybe it's best to see exactly what needs to be done before we all get confused!
