I have spoken to 3 separate parts departments in London today (Brentford, Stratford and Canary Wharf), each of which refused to order (on the phone with Credit Card) an Audio 10 CD manual for me.
Apparently, you must go there to order and pay since it's a non stock item. Curiously, about 1 week ago, I ordered (on the phone with my Credit Card) the Evo pedals with no difficulty. Is this part of a greater conspiracy to deter DIY and/or non franchised dealer servicing???
Worse still, it takes about 1 month to arrive!!!
