Hello All,

Quick intro. Names Phil & from Slough area. I have owned C63 W205 wagon for about a year now and enjoying ownership everyday!

She's a 2015 model in Brilliant Blue. Has the premium pack with sports exhaust & mechanical diff I believe.

Car has been excellent, and already done a euro trip & had her remapped at MSL Performance. Have used PCS at Horndean for service/maintenance and they have been amazing.

No real plans for the car other than sorting out the pesky wheel centre caps, but will start a post on that later. Maybe get some privacy glass on the rear & a Pan America grille.

Phil....

It's a wagon and it's blue - what's not to like?
Welcome BTW !

Welcome Phil! Not sure I've ever seen a w205 sans tints - looks fantastic!

Thank you , Thank you !! Finally someone who agrees that tinting the back of a estate car ruins it's appearance , practically cutting it in half , I agree that me and 928 are probably in a minority, but I would never tint the rears of my C55 Wagon, mine has the MB stock 'blue tint' anyway , that should IMHO never be messed with.

PS My opinions on rear side window tinting do not stretch to the wife's ancient daily driver , it's an old Vauxhall Zafira , so it doesn't count , not much could make it look worse than the day it left the factory !! :p

It all depends on how ugly your kids are whether need rear tints or not!!!

Congrats Phil. That's a fine looking wagon in a great colour.
You have made the right choices in choosing MSL for the remap and PCS for servicing.

You may be interested in meeting up with other forum members at the annual PCS GTG in May. Stick your name down. Its a great day out.

Nice! Have a similar one myself. It’s my second, the first being a grey night pack car. I don’t like the 3/4 tint look either, so I bought a non-night pack brilliant blue. For me the satin chrome window strips right next to the bright chrome door handles messed with my ocd, so I changed some bits to night pack for my own special look…
