As long as you have two photos, one of the vase and one of the back stamp, then it's pretty easy. You do need software, photo editing, to achieve it by scaling the sizes required and then by merging both photos. Most, if not all, decent editing programs allow you to do this.

You can even do it in MS Paint

Yes thats what i,m after.
How do you do it??

In MS Paint open your intended smaller picture,
EDIT menu > SELECT ALL
EDIT menu > COPY

Next open your main (larger picture)
EDIT menu > PASTE

IMAGE menu > STRETCH & SKEW or CTRL W
and type in some smaller numbers in the Stretch section (upper 2 options)
repeat this until it's the correct size.

When you're happy with the size finally move your smaller picture to your desired location, do not click outside of your smaller picture until you're happy with the location (but just in case you do, try CTRL Z, undo)

It’s very difficult to explain something like this without images of what we are talking about, so I would suggest you look at sites like this… How to Edit a Picture in Paint Using Windows XP - For Dummies

There are things you need to know how to do like DRAG & DROP and how to RESIZE a picture,(make a big picture smaller) HOW TO SAVE A PICTURE AS A .jpg etc, its all practice really, you learn by practise and having a go with any old picture.

EDIT; If you needed one done urgently someone on here could do it for you in minutes if the had a copy of both pictures
