Pixel repairs

Hi,

I have recently bought a CLK430 (2001), its a great car and what a lot of car you get for the money, but there is a problem with the Clock & Outside Temp gauge the pixels aren't all lit, I was wondering if someone might be able to point me to a repairer near Manchester.
