They are not too badly grooved, and the 'lip' isn't too bad either (as far as I can tell from the photos), but you need to measure the thickness to see if they are nearing (or below) the minimum thickness.

If it passes the mot leave them .

What about squeaky noise is really annoying, every time I brake noise is coming, it can be brake pads if not discs?
Did you put ceramic grease or copperslip on the back of the pads when you changed them?

Discs normally have 1mm of allowable wear per side , the outsides of your discs look to have around that , so the inside will be the same - or worse.

FWIW i would replace them if your are planning on keeping the car for the foreseeable future as they will need done sooner than later.

Sorry I missed the squeak part ;) , I should also have remembered the rear piston issue that @Jobsworth mentioned , especially as I only recently changed my rear brake pistons .
I must pay more attention !

Brembo website lists those as 22mm , it doesnt state a min thickness . Afaik squeaks come from ' glazing ' of the pads face . I always buy pads with a central slot , not full face pads

Your discs look well work tbh, those scores are deep . Id change them.

As I survey the ever increasing stock of parts that I currently have on the shelf for my CLK ready to fit as and when needed, rear brakes are top of the list. All premium Brembo plus braided stainless flexy pipes, complete set of Lemforder links for the rear end. All bought over time with the idea that come time to fit I only have to consider the labour for stuff I don't tackle myself. This plan has worked well for the last ten years with the Merc and previously twelve years with the Jags. The above parts list is not exhaustive :)

The pictures don’t show the back of the disc which often wears more than the front.
