*Please Help* Gearbox slipping between 3-4th Gear. 722.9G PLUS

If you do go the secondhand box route, the numbers must match exactly. The ratios differ a lot, and if they don’t match it’ll be in limp all the time

Sorry to be annoying, but are you referring to these numbers? (The ones found on the label left hand side of the box)

From what I’ve seen online the bottom number is the serial number, so I’m presuming as long as the top two match it should be okay.

Just an update, took it to another local auto box specialist. Appearantly he’s seen a few with this issue, something to do with coolant mixing in with the trans fluid.
I do know there was a common issue with the valeo radiotors which I thought they fixed in the the 2013 models

No mate, ended up listing the car on auction and getting rid of it. Too many problems.
