Problem with product key

First of all I`m sorry this may sound dull but I don`t know anything when it comes to IT

The problem I`m having is to install the product ket as it say`s key invalid

Is MICROSOFT 2007 if that helps

Microsoft -------?? 2007. Exactly which Microsoft product are you referring to??

this is Office 2007 ? If this is a legitimate original MS disk then you might be misreading some characters, '0' for 'o' for example.

Failing that try MS support -

Yes it is office 2007 I`m talking about and I have the sticker with the product key at the back but when I type is says is the incorrect one

Just managed to find out why I`m having the problem
My daughter has downloaded microsoft office even though it was already there
