Problem with steernig wheel

Hi I have a small problem with my S320 2000. My electric steering wheel doesn't work. I mean that I am not able to lift my steering wheel at all. but other sides works fine. I can lower side is working and everything else but when I try to lift up is nothing happen. Any ideas??
