PTS Rear Display - W210

Hi,
My W210 has front and rear parking sensors, which are all working fine. But I have noticed that the rear display, (mounted on ceiling above rear window), sometimes half of the display isn't as bright as the other half. So my question is what could be the problem, is there a bulb going behind the display, or do I need a new display?

If I need to replace it, can some supply the part number, where I could get one and what the expected price would be?

This should be the parts diagram, but isn't it showing only the front display units (in various options)?

I've had a W210 with parktronic but don't really remember how the rear display looked like, I guess it is similar to the one on a W211?

These must be led lights, it sounds like you would have a poor ground issue?

Edited: the rear display appears to be "one of the interior lamps"
