I have been following the Quaife group buy threads with interest as sick of not being able to get any power down in the slightest of damp conditions and if giving it the full treatment dry as well.

Was looking before the above threads started and came across Wavetrac and the seem in the same class as Quaife and have some advantages, as the will still power one wheel if other is off the ground but they say Quaife and others do not.

Just wondered if anyone has had a Wavetrac fitted and can add any comments.

Thanks

Can't really help with the "wheel off the ground" bit, as it's not exactly how I use mine, though I know that Acid at MSL has a Wavetrac fitted to his C Class, and I have a Quaife fitted to my E Class.

Having drive both (obviously I suppose in the case of mine) I can assure you that there's no noticeable difference in my opinion between them.

Wavetrac are cheap for a reason, have a look on some of the US performance car forums and you'll see why. Can't beat Quaife tried and tested in grueling motorsport conditions and theres a reason why all the worlds top teams run Quaife and not Wavetrac :thumb:
