R107 soft top removal

hi all
can anyone give me some advice as to how to remove my soft top and frame?
I've managed to get another, complete on frame and it's not in my Haynes manual.

Remove the chrome top plates at the rear of the door openings, then remove the interior curved side panels next to the rear jump seat, the fixings for the roof are behind here.
