R129 Switchable headlights?

Hi wise experts
Can anyone out there tell me if my SL320 year 2000 with xenons will have switchable lights? Am about to move to France and would like to know before I go if I should sell the car in the UK or if it will be possible to switch the lights to LHD. I'm imagining they won't be cheap if i have to buy new ones. Thanks in advance for you help

I moved to France a few years ago and brought my 1990 300SL W129 (Normal Headlights not Xenons) - to register the car in France, I had to get it through a control technique (MOT) - I found the cheapest option was to get the lenses changed by the local dealer - I think it cost me about 150 Euros in total .... mostly labour.
