Rattles in w203 c class

Well,

I hope everyone is well. I must say I am now extremely disappointed with my Mercedes.

Bought it in July 03 and since then it has had rattle (loud) from the centre console (behind it somewhere) and from both seatbelt adjusters....

I bought this w203 c180k from new from Weston-super-mare main dealership...

It has now been back in 5 seperate times and still no better....

The reason why i sold my last car after 4 years ffrom new was that it developed a rattle - that was a bmw 3 series - but this mercedes is so much worse..

And, yes, the rattle is back..

I hear ya` splang.I bought a new W203 220 and after a couple of months a rattle/vibration developed somewhere in the dash everytime the engine went through 2500rpm-great fun with a 6 speed`box!
I sold it after 7 months.
Nuff`said.

I've done 30,000 miles in mine the only rattle is from the cupholder when its open, but I fitted that so can't really blame MB.

Mine's done nearly 80.000 - doesnt rattle at all - bit of wheel wobble @ about 60mph i thinks that just wheel balance.

Did have a bit of a knock on the front end - thats now sorted - it was the anti roll bar bushes, manual gear box & clutch is "pants" - should have bought an auto.

w203 2002 78000k not a peep well pleased however the build quality is definately not to the same standard as the previous C-class to much plastic
