Don't understand the last bit of the question, could be a typo.
Not sure about your engine if the chain is at the rear but there are videos on tube where the Chain can be replaced without dismantling the engine. The chain tensioner probably can't be replaced this way.However in the video I watched the tensioners were ok it was just the chain that had stretched. There are members on here with a lot more knowledge on this than me who will no doubt come to your rescue but the job needs doing sooner rather than later otherwise catastrophic engine damage can occur.
Do a search one here on the subject as it seems a common problem on some engines.
