Rattling noise from rear

Good afternoon all.

I hope everyone is well.

I currently have eclass 220cdi executive 2014 plate. 56k mileage.

It doesnt get driven alot maybe once every 2months or so which i know is not healthy for the engine however...everyday i have taken it out this week and the rear back underneath of the car it rattles alot after i drive for more than 30mins...when i start the car its ok no rattling noise but after 30mins of driving it rattles even when i stop at red light...its annoying...

Someone suggested that it needs to be driven alot as its diesel and low mileage but can anyone suggest any tips?

Not a loose aluminium heat shield between the exhaust system and the chassis?
(I know, it should make a noise also when cold but as things gets hot...)

Possibly it’s an exhaust rubber mounting which has broken. Exhaust may be ‘bouncing’ against the chassis.
