Advice please Gents; does anybody know if it's important to synchronise the position of the position sensors on the seat motors with the position of the seat.

I read a post about a week or two back re lack of stroke length on the head rest, & how the motor needed to be synchronised with the position of the head rest for maximum stroke length which I will do, but was wondering if this also applies to the recline and seat base functions.

Maybe there is something in an official MB publication covering the same. I have looked at my references and there is nothing that comes anywhere near covering the reinstallation of the memory motors. Any assistance would be much appreciated..........

Thanks and regards, W.

Anyone........

At the risk of talking to myself, I can say is does not seem matter. You can assemble the motors to the seat back without having to worry about synchronising the memory positioners with the seat position; just in case anyone else has this question in the future. :):)
