Rear brake service mode

My daughters 2017 A180 needs all pads replacement. I've seen that you can put rears into service mode from a menu on the dash to wind back the calipers. However I can't seem to access this menu. Is it standard or was it a option.

As far as I'm aware, standard fit. In my experience it can sometimes take a few attempts to get the service menu displayed on the dash: persevere, I'm sure it will work.
