Hi Friends,
W202 220D Elegance 1995 . The rear headrests have stopped dropping, I get a clicking noise when pressing the button, but no drop any ideas ?

Press the button and get someone to gently pust the head rests, mine stuck the first time i put them up, dont think they had been up for a long time. Then i put them up and dropped them a few times like a kid with a new toy. Now the go down ok!

Don't go mental on them though :) its not nice!!

Just tried that, no joy. I gave them quite a rocking whilst friend was pressing the button. Can you access them from the boot or is it rear seat out ?

Remember that they only work whilst the engine is running IIRC. :)

Maybe he has been checking them without? Eg if his friend is crawling around in the back! :p

Sometimes it is the most obvious things that catch people out :)
