Rear Integrated Wind Deflector replacement

I have an E250 convertible and I put a hole through the meshing of my integrated wind deflector which is in between the two rear seats and need to replace it. MB want £170 for the part and fitting. Does anyone know where I could buy one and how easy/difficult it is to fit myself? Thanks in advance
