Rear Quarter Glass

I have got hold of the two rear quarter glass pieces with all the fitments to have a go a cutting out the panel and replacing with glass.

So now comes my question, any one done this before and would like to share?
or how to I fasten the rear hinge, there are 3 holes which the hinge locate, but no way of securing.

There are 3 round holes with no way of getting to the rear of the holes, I think something like a plastic pin would do it but not sure, I would presume a plastic type fitment and a bolt, same as how the lower side panel is fastened to the side, but these are square holes and the plastic is squared to make sure the plastic cannot turn while tightening.

So any ideas? the holes are 8mm wide maybe a little less but not much

Not sure about most of it but square hole are easy ..drill out hole and file out to make square ,,small file kit would work a treat
