My 2005 W220 has a middle rear LCD. I never knew what it is used for but actually the holder is broken. So I was thinking about replacing the holder.
I made some research on ebay and I found LCD+holder combos which come from older W220. The design of the screen is not the same as mine but the holder looks alike.
Does anyone know whether the older version LCD is adaptable on the newer w220 cars?

Actually I don't mind to get an aftermarket holder+LCD. Any recommendations is much appreciated.
