Rear windows

I have a coupe when I get out the rear windows don’t close up. Anyone any ideas for a fix? Thanks

Oh yes . It’s a W207 2016. E class coupe.

Has the battery discharged or been replaced?

Often the one shot up /down function can get out of sync. Have you tried running the windows up and down keeping your finger on the switches?

Yes I have just had them both replaced. The window thing was doing’s it prior to the battery change.
