Refilling with antifreeze

Just changed the Condenser and water radiator on my 2008 S320CDI. What's the best way to refill the antifreeze to avoid air locks....And if I get an airlock, how do I bleed it? Any knowledge greatfully grabbed at ! Thanks.

Just fill via the header tank and run up to temp with the heater on hot. Any air locks will self purge.

Make sure you carry a spare container of antifreeze mix for the next few times you run the car.
Heating the coolant will expel any air pockets and will also expel air that is dissolved in the coolant.
You may have to top it up a couple of times before it settles down.

Thanks for all Ideas. I trickled the new antifreeze in slowly then let it run for 10 mins and luckily, I've got a hot heater ! Off to my local aircon man to recharge with refridgerant and off we go.
Would still like to know where the heater feed goes from. There is a medium sized hose that exits the offside radiator header about half way up.....can't see where it goes. Could this be it???
