Removal of number plate support

I did a search on this and didn't find anything, so I ask... How does one remove the front number plate support on the front bumper on a Facelift W202?

Poss by removeing the number plate which is most likley to be stuck on with double sided tape which then reveals 4 screws holding the support on.
