Remove ML270 trim

Hi

I have a 2001 ML270 and want to remove and recover the wood interior trim.

I have found instructions on how to remove the centre console but can't find any instructions to remove the centre panel part.

Does anyone know how you remove this panel? Also does anyone know of any companies that i could sent the trim to for recovering rather than tackling the job myself?
