Removing R129 front bumper

Hi, I want to remove and adjust the fixings for my r129's front bumper. Its the AMG kit and was wondering if there are any guides to do this? Can this be a one man job on the driveway or more advanced?

Standard bumper is fairly easy but I would suggest two people to lift it off . Under Arch shields need to come off under tray possibly if attached to bumper.
