Well the guy i bought from was in financial trouble, but i had dealt with him through business before, i guess he knew we could do a quick deal, hence one test drive, i liked, and within a few days, i got the funds together to sort him out - as in, he signed over documents for his car to me, and i paid of two of his creditors.
The older car went quite quickly, as i had a convo with some one interested in buying it some weeks ago, so we spoke again and job done!
honestly, i cant tell the difference. The build is so solid on the cars anyway, the wheels on the replacement make the ride so much better.. i had larger rims before, but the ride suffered.
My grand mother recently started suffering from trapped nerves in her spine, so the softer ride is what she needed, and the e class might go soon, to make way for a softer riding car too..
i hate to say it, but could the new e class se be on the horizon... i hope not.. lets see what the other half thinks..
I think my prefered choice at mo is perhaps a Jag, but lets give it some time!
There are some new S320 cdis with delivery miles only (not imports) offered locally for £45K, I reckon take a couple of grand off that for a quick sale.
