Replacement Wing Mirror Plastic

Is it possible just to replace the plastic bit that's split on my W203?

Assuming its similar to my 208, yes. Take the mirror glass out and there are 4 screws that hold the housing front and back onto the frame, remove those and then release the housings, the plastic indicator just lifts out.
