Reversing camera guidelines on a cls 2012

Does anyone know if it is possible to get parking guidelines onto the reversing camera of a 2012 cls w218. I know they are generated by the camera and not the head unit so would changing/updating the camera solve the problem?
Any thoughts welcomed. Richard?

Hi, sadly only the Model Year 2014 camera (onward) support the moving (calibrated) guidelines. And the older cars don't have the CANbus to install that camera.

Not from Mercedes there isn't.

You could remove the factory camera and install an aftermarket one with better resolution and moving guidelines but these are not Mercedes parts.
