Rhythmic sound when driving

Yes I did the same
How many miles have the tyres done?

I think about 3K to 4K miles, drove to Naples and back.

And do you remember if the noise was present when tyres were new?
No, it was not present, it started about a month ago, had the car on car ramps on Tuesday on the front wheels, took the shields of under the engine and auto box, hard to see the prop shaft as most of it was behind the exhaust shield, tightened the sump bolts to 14 Nm as oil was present between the engine and auto box shields, they all needed tightening a little, hope that solved the leek. going to have a look at the wheels again, just incase i've missed something. the auto box shield was a right pain to put back on, had to use a axle stand to keep it up whilst I put the screws back it, will not be doing that again in a hurry.

I've not read all this thread so excuse me if I'm repeating a possible cause.
Have you checked that the handbrake cable is not touching the propshaft at any point?
Just another possible theory.

My bet is its the tyres if it wasn’t there when tyres were new. Try swapping the fronts to back if not staggered wheels. See if any different.

Hi AM Geed, it has an electronic brake control

My Pirelli PZero rossos are very noisy, I found out after much hair pulling and S Classitis (a nervous condition you will quickly become prone too with an S Class)
That it was road noise.
