running on bio diesel ?

Hello,
Has anyone any experience of running mercs and in particular a class's on bio diesel ?

I understand from reading http://www.bioukfuels.co.uk/ that you have to change the filter after 3 tanks of fuel everything else seems to point to the car running OK ? Just wondered if anyone had had specific experience ?

I have run a few tanks of 80%+ biodiesel bought from a supplier on the Wirral and had no adverse side effects until I filled the tank to about 95% bio at which point starting was a bit laboured (2-3 secs). Otherwise I would say the engine seemed marginally less responsive and mpg dropped ~10%. I came to the conclusion that if I was going to do this for the longer term that I would make my own, then I could make sure the quality was high.
