I put it on anything that will rust, keeping a small jar and a brush in the garden shed will solve numerous problems in the garden and around the house. It can be sprayed or brushed on, can be diluted with white spirit to spray with a simple hand spray. The spirit evaporates off over a couple of days leaving a tough waxy coating which is 'self healing' and when dry will not easily rub off onto your clothes. Use it anywhere on the car that is showing rust. Can be washed off with domestic white spirit.
