sat nav 7" touch screen

Both look like a factory fit, but cannot find any info about them.

Not sure it will fit the pre face lift dash in the vito, its going in a nov 2005 model, did they change anything behind the facia anyway.

Any one found these any good?

Have you considered having COMAND (OEM Sat nav) retrofitted ?

I have had command in my 111 vito and it is prehistoric , want something up to date.
Purposely chose without sat nat command this time.
No need for bluetooth modules and cradles having said that I will miss the phone charging.
The next generation the phone stays in your pocket and links up automatic when you get in the vehicle, dial the phone from the touch screen, plus the fact I can have a camera next to the number plate light for reversing that will come on every time I put the van in reverse.

The latest Comand NTG2.5 does all the above, it has full built in bluetooth so no need for a cradle and you can connect a reversing camera to it. You will have the benefit of being able to use the steering controls and the instrument cluster display a MB Comand unit.

The unit you have linked to are chinese made and are of poor quality generally. You can get them on ebay etc.

Can this be retro fitted in a 2005 vito?

Thanks for that, really good information there, and cheeper.
I will give command an email with the info and see how we go.:)

Having a good look at this, the pre face lift dash where the nav fits is smaller.
Later ones go further down.
If the nav will fit I can make the surrounds to fit as I would have to do this on after market anyway.

I think it is wider also, so may be it will not fit?
