SD Card Sat Nav Update Program

I’ve downloaded this software from Mercedes website and installed it but when it starts it says it needs updating. If I go to settings it has a box for a proxy server which is blank and the Update button is greyed out due to the proxy server being blank.

I contacted customer care and their reply is useless @it could be your computer/browser/SD card type so go to a dealership. I’m not visiting a dealer each time I just want to check if a software update is available.

Anybody any better ideas than Mercedes Customer Service please?

Presumably you are using Mercedes Download manager v3.07 for Garmin?

The SD Card doesn’t say anything about Garmin on it.

Mine is Software version 11 maps version 10 2018 card.

Thanks. Mine is 2018/2019, V2.3, Maps 3.4. I'm beginning to think this might not be Garmin anymore.
