Seatbelt trouble

My W163 has developed a habit of displaying the warning light and sounding the seatbelt alarm, when it is correctly fitted. It is intermittent but really annoying on a long trip.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yep - I've just had this. My wife would be in the seat and the pinger and dash warning would come on intermittently. Olly at PCS replaced the seatbelt buckle as it was the cause of the problem. (Cost £27 for the buckle plus labour).
