Recently took my 500SEC to Charles at the SEC Shop in Kemsing in Kent. I rate this guy and recommend him over everyone else I have been to.
He is a nightmare to find - up a track in a tiny village in Kent but accessible easily from M25 and well worth the trip. I have been to a number of indies trying to get niggles sorted on my car and this is the ONLY guy who really knew his stuff and was honest and trustworthy.
Technically he is very good - massively experienced across the whole Merc range, realistically priced, with a personal thing for SECs. He solved in an hour a problem which had defeated three other 'specialists' (my throttle valve switch had gone - and no, I didnt know what that was either).
