£6! Bloody cheek. Dealer came back with £1000 worth of work and then asks if I want to pay for a new service book so that they can stamp it (the old one is full).

I've read it before and it ain't that good.

Name and shame.

MB Hertford, very dissappointed with them.

The courtesy car ironically had the service due warning on, tried to get me to change brake fluid and coolant when wasn't required, didn't return calls, put the wrong grade of oil in the new service book and then tried to argue it was okay to just cross it out and write in the correct one, when they supplied a new one for nothing it had a massive crease in the front cover, I'm sure they looked for the worst one they had in stock.

They actually gave me a courtesy call which I used to raise a few issues. I then later found out they hadn't even passed on those issues to the person I mentioned. What was the point?

Won't be using them again, can anyone recommend a decent dealer (if there is such a thing) near Hertford or North London?
