service mileage on my E55 k??

Hi all.
The service mileage on my car reads "service due in 2602 miles and does not seemed to have decreased ( i have been keeping an eye on it for the last few days). Is this normal or is it a cause for concern. Obviously if this is not changing i wont know when it will truly need a service...

Hi. My c63 goes up after a long motorway run,and comes down quicker if I do shorter cold runs. It may be that you are treating the car carefully and it pays dividends by stretching the servicing requirements.

I've never seen my mileage until service drop - make the most of it!

Mine goes up and down, it's calculating the remaining miles left based on your driving style (I think I read before).

+1 exactly what happens, as untrustworthy (in a sense) as MPG display.

I try not to look and assume when it really does want a service, it will start showing me warnings!

Mine is similar, only up and down every few weeks.
