Service plan denied

As my service , B5, is due I thought I would read a few bits on here. Read some advice that it could be a good time to get service plan as B5 and A7 would be included and tend to be expensive.
Went to MB website to price a plan and was denied. No reason given. Car is 2020 and been serviced each year at dealership. I guess buying your service plan is not simple

As your car has been serviced by MB ask the dealer to obtain service plan for you.
