Sidelight bulbs for SL -R230

The present sidelights give a very 'puny' light when viewed against the bi-xenons. Can anyone suggest a set of bulbs which would give a brighter light?
Can LED lights be fitted? Am I right in thinking the std bulbs are H6W -433?
Any reputable suppliers?
