SL500...I Want one/Best place for info???

I love the look of the SL500, new is way too expensive for me. Looking for a good condition SL500 10 years old but well looked after.
Looking for some general info on the car
What do you think?
Where should I look and what should I pay
Known faullts I should look for

Fuel consumption commuting in the winter with the 500 goes something like this. From cold start for the first 3 miles 12.9 MPG the next 10 miles driven light it went up to 23 MPG, a 350 mile trip on A roads it returned 27MPG. On motorways at 74ish it will do 29.99999
