An SL600 for 1p. Now that's what I call value. Having said that:

The buy it now price is £9.000

he only wants £9 for it...

Forgive me for probably sounding thick but why would requesting email 1st before a bid indicate a scam?

+ of course he must have some strange disability that prevents him from deleting email...

I have always suggested e-bay are more interested in taking money rather than protecting potential customers. I see someone has kindly bid an excessive amount which might hopefully put off the more gullible.

Totally agree with you.

Ebay are only concerned in getting cash in. They aledgedly frequently allow the selling of fake goods, pirated software/disks (including navigation disks), stolen items etc.
