really silly question but some little darling has sprayed snow all down one side of my 190 will it come off with a normal wash n polish ect

I'd get it off as soon as possible as they can contain nasty solvents. Try warm soapy water first and then some polish. But keep the residue and force feed it into the little tykes ears.

could also grab the little darlings that did it and make them clean it but dont want them near my baby ever again or they could end up with tyre tracks on there heads

Make sure you soak well with soapy water before trying to remove, can dry to be quite abrasive. If the weather near you is anything like here though I doubt that being too dry is a problem.
