Hi Charles, the roof looks spot on still, but it may be a different case if I didn't look after it as well. Currently it lives outside so I make sure I wash the car and put the half cover back on. Sometimes I have only hosed off the top and after it has dried use a microfibre cloth to with off any bits that have landed on it (loads of dried tree bits currently. I then hoover round the bottom where it meets the seals to avoid build up of dusts and bits before covering. I think my neighbours must think I am a right jobsworth
