Something has worn out.

Up until now everything that has been done to my c200 has been routine maintenance like brakes, tyres, oil etc or a Mod however, last week something actually wore out namely the front near side ball joint. 62000 and this is the first part to have been worn out.

A quick call to my friendly engineer and his mate in parts and I had a new ball joint for £23, labour £40, laser tracking alignment £19 and the job was done.

Was that a stearing ball joint or the ball joint at the bottom of the suspention strut? as on 124's they are prone to wear and are a devil to fit, usually resulting in a camber alignment which aint cheap
