I just looked under the bonnet and have to ask, how the hell do you change the back 4 plugs? There is no room to get your hand in there!!

Not that I will be changing them, but how on earth are they suppoused to change them?

I think that's how the stealerships justify a 2hr labour charge to change 12 sparkplugs. I think someone has written a HOW TO to change sparks on the M112 engines.

I know and its a joke.. there has to be an easy way... and just counted 14!!!

I had a look in the how to section, nothing there? :(

I seem to remember something about doing it from under the car. I may be wrong though. The thread wasnt in a how to it was associated with something else but for the life of me I cant remember what.

I know me too  I think the post is probably in the engine section and wasn't transferred to HOW TO because if I remember correctly there were no photos. Or maybe it just slipped the net. I'm sure a member has written up changing these beasties though, for the M112 range, in his case I think it was for a C240, M112.910. Might turn up with a forum search.

Shame you are not down south. Royale usually charge £12 for changing 4 spark plugs and £50 for a 6 cylinder car. Several of us have let them do it for us. Steve the mechanic also does plugs quick and cheap!

That's the fella, thanks Fuzzer!
