Is there much involved in removing the interior door panels for replacing speakers on a w203 2006 C Class please?.:D

Best Regards.

There may be some safety issues with de-activating/re-activating airbags if your door panels have them. Not familiar with your model sorry.

Jesssuuussss didn't think of the airbag problem many thanks for that.

Anyone have any info as to whether that would be a problem?.

Best Regards.

Airbag is mounted on the inside of the door itself, not on the doorcard.

Airbags are actually very safe items to work with (I've disconnected/reconnected my steering wheel airbag many times to test fit the CLK Black Series steering wheel on my car), on contrary to what people think. Before you disconnect the airbag module plugs, just unplug the battery or you'll get a dash warning light which will require resetting.

You'll need to locate the screws that hold the doorcard to the internal doorskin (usually behind the little plastic 'SRS airbag' cover, trim strip or around the pull handle). After that, you'll just pry the doorcard out, unclipping the plastic fasteners that hold the doorcard to the door.
